Will, our concierge, was the first person to greet us at 1 Hotel after our 14 hour flight from Sydney to LA. He made us feel at home and at ease straight away. EVERY staff member we interacted with (valet, breakfast, house keeping, front desk) were exactly the same as Will, and that is, kind, courteous and willing to do whatever they could over our 4 night stay to make it as relaxing and pleasant as possible. Our connecting rooms, 1001 and 1002, were spectacular. So clean and comfortable and just a great space to relax and look forward to coming home too after our days adventures. We and the kids loved it. The hotel lobby, courtyard gardens, and pool deck were just so nicely arranged, especially with all the Christmas lights and decorations!, it was truly hard to believe we were in the middle of West Hollywood on Sunset Blvd. What an amazing hotel experience. Thank you to all the team at 1 Hotel for making our first leg of our US trip a truly memorable one. ☆☆☆☆☆

I've stayed at many high end hotels and I was genuinely impressed with 1 hotel west. The ambiance is fantastic - very modern and boho style. This place is all about the little details everything down to the shampoo, hand soap, slippers, were all well thought out and nicer than your typical hotel. They had a basket of fruit available to guests daily which was a nice touch. The location is also ideal since it's in the nicer part of town so it's safe to walk around. Also, there's a decent selection of fun bars in a walkable radius. Yes, like some have mentioned, the parking fee is on the higher side but this is a true 5 star hotel and not necessarily a place you should stay at if you're trying to nickel and dime, just my opinion.

I spent a week at one hotel, which had a fantastic location, wonderful personnel, and a gorgeous interior. I will return if they offer free parking at $65 per night or a special valet pricing for their customers in the future. I had a large room with great lighting and no noise at all.

Real nice property. Real nice exterior, real nice interior but the AC sucks. Wasn’t trying to be difficult so I called a technician to take a look at it. It seemed it got better but oh man I couldn’t stay there again. The hallway was cooler than my room, not going to go back again. I don’t understand the sustainability stuff they are trying to promote and it shouldn’t conflict guests’s experience.

Slept for a week at one hotel; excellent location, first-rate hotel, and lovely service. The room was roomy, had cool lighting, and was noise-free. I will surely return if they offer free parking at $65 per night or a special valet fee for guests in the future.

First room we entered was stained and smelled of dog urine. It is a very dog friendly hotel so be wary of this as the bellman noticed it as well. This hotel if you stay over the weekends is a very young and lively crowd. You will often hear music till 3am and multiple sirens from ambulances or fire trucks. We saw three or four people passed out at different spots of hotel. Go stay at the West Hollywood Edition Hotel suite price at the 1 hotel is similar but not on same caliber by any means.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at 1 Hotel in West Hollywood. The serene ambiance of the Spa provided the perfect escape, leaving us rejuvenated and relaxed. The lobby lounge's chic design and warm atmosphere made it a wonderful place to unwind with a drink. The suite accommodations were luxurious and spacious, offering breathtaking views and every amenity one could desire. The attention to detail throughout the hotel truly made our experience exceptional. Can't wait to return to this oasis of tranquility and sophistication!
